Villa del Rio:
Vacation River House
Villa del Rio is a short-term rental vacation home just feet from the river where you can hear day and night. Villa del Rio is a concrete house with 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom fully equipped house which is part of more than 40 acres of private property of rainforest.
Villa del Rio is located in the town of Luquillo in Puerto Rico were within a walking distance of the Sabana River. Outside of Villa del Rio, WIFI, 6 parking spaces, a private entrance, access to wasing machine & dryer, a BBQ area in front of Villa del Rio and access to 1 acre of the Sabana River. Inside the house, the first thing you are going to see is the kitchen and small hallway to the rooms and bathrooms.
CAMPGROUNDS
For adventurous souls seeking a more immersive experience, our
campgrounds are the perfect blend of rugged exploration and modern
convenience. Unplug from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and
immerse yourself in the symphony of chirping birds and rustling leaves.
Our eco-friendly campgrounds offer everything you need for an
unforgettable stay while leaving nothing but footprints behind.
Hacienda Monte Rey Campgrounds are 4 sites near the Sabana River with each campsite having its own access to the river. It's not necessary to own a 4x4 or AWD vehicle to access the property and the campsites because we provide parking near them.
The campgrounds are rented out by a reservation system where every camping reservation includes the following:
- 1 Campground
- Parking near campgrounds
- Picnic table
- Access to shared bathrooms (hot water)
- Access to the Sabana River

Our campgrounds are accessible to most vehicles of a maximum length of 26 feet, no 4x4 needed and for all types of camping equipment.

Tree Tent reservation includes:
- 1 Tree Tent for 3 people (tentsile.com equipment)
- 1 Tree Hammock (tentsile.com equipment)
- Towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, pillows, blankets,
- BBQ, folding tables, solar lamps and other camping equipment and cooking essentials,
- 2 parking spots
- 1 picnic table
- Access to full shared bathroom
- Access to Sabana River
- Access to WIFI (near bathroom)
